Section 19 Inspections and Vehicle Maintenance

Section 19 Permit Holders are responsible for ensuring the safe operation of your vehicles, within the legal requirements and under a valid permit. For your safety and the safety of your passengers, regular minibus safety inspections must be carried out, it’s the law. If you are unable to provide evidence of a schedule of safety inspections and walk-around checks, your Section 19 Permit is at risk of being confiscated by the issuing body or Traffic Commissioner.
